\nThat can capture this love and hold it down
\nWe have a love that does not need to spoken
\nDoes not need to be felt or else it will be broken
\nThis symmetry, this geometry is the only thing
\nThat god ever intended for me<\/p>\n
So how can they understand this love we have
\nThis odd relationship between a pen and a hand
\nYou whisper to me as I sleep at night
\nI write to you with my heart in my pen
\nThough we will never meet in person
\nI will chase your shadow until the day I die
\nYou are my muse, my inspiration
\nThe light in the sky
\nI do not expect understanding or even recognition
\nI just need to feel the presence of your shadow
